Lawyer Alessandro Talarico

Born on 25/05/65 in Turin where he graduated from the G. Segrè Scientific High School in 1984.
In 1991, he graduated from the University of Turin, Faculty of Law, with a thesis produced under Professor Ettore Gliozzi entitled "The liability of directors and statutory auditors under Article 2409 of the Italian Civil Code".
In 1994, he passed the examination for admission to the Bar and registered with the Turin Bar.
In the three-year period 1994-1997 he worked as Honorary Vice-Praetor at the Magistrate's Court of Turin and as Judge-Rapporteur and Executor in cases of the old rite at the First Section - which deals mainly with commercial and corporate law - of the Court of Turin, President Rita Garibaldi.
Talarico's experience

In the past, he worked in a law firm where he was able to follow and assist primary insurance companies based in Turin with "passive" litigation concerning road accidents.
In May 1998, he attended a course on arbitration organised by AISA in Bologna, President Giorgio Bernini, followed by further seminars and training courses on advanced arbitration and administered procedures at the most important Italian arbitration chambers.

He mainly deals with contractual, corporate, civil and criminal insurance matters, in and out of court, as well as international law issues.
He has acted many times as an arbitrator in arbitration proceedings concerning contractual and corporate matters in the context of arbitrations administered by the major Italian and international Arbitration Chambers.
He has a great professional relationship with France and assists and defends several companies from that country in various disputes opened with Italian companies, as well as Italian companies in disputes pending in France. He is the Italian Representative for the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Dubai and for ITALCAM - the Italian-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in Sao Paulo.
