In 1994, the Lawyer Talarico founded the law firm under his name. The company has seen constant growth and now has various close relationships with partner firms in Italy and abroad, with around 20 professionals.
Alessandro Talarico, a former honorary judge from 1997-2000, has extensive experience in liability lawsuits, commercial and corporate law, as well as in the field of transport, agency and distribution contracts. In these last two field, he has also held the role of arbitrator in several proceedings. These years of experience has made it possible to create a law firm that incorporates multiple specific skills, using the services of reliable professionals and experts in various fields.
Today, Studio Legale Talarico, from its head office in Turin, operates through a well-structured organisation, with other Italian branches in Milan and Rome, as well as offices in the rest of Europe and the world through its close collaboration with partner firms.
Over the years, its international scope has also reached the UAE and Brazil, with a presence in Dubai and Sao Paulo.
Thanks to this tight partnership with legal practices of a similar size and equivalent level of competence, professional knowledge and ability, Studio Legale Talarico is able to provide up-to-date services and advice, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises and more generally to all operators involved in international law.
In particular, the Paris branch gives assistance to service companies and private clients from an office that was opened specifically to promote our international presence. Whereas, in Brazil and the UAE, consulting is provided for setting up production facilities for Italian and European companies, as well as for importing and distributing products of Italian excellence, such as sought-after food and beverages. The market of these countries is of great interest to our Law Firm given its growth potential and our plan for ongoing economic and financial development over the coming years. These partnerships are solidified through our use of multiple languages for business communications. Aside from Italian and English, these include French, Portuguese and Spanish, reflecting each employee’s commitment to ensuring maximum results.

- Lawyer Alessandro Talarico
Born on the 25/05/65 in Turin, where he attended the Liceo Scientifico G. Segre up to 1984.
In 1991, he graduated from the University of Turin, Faculty of Law, with a thesis discussed with Professor Ettore Gliozzi, and called “The responsibility of directors and mayors under art. 2409 of the Italian Civil Code.”
In 1994 he passes the Bar exam and enrols in the Turin Legal Association.
In the three years spanning 1994 to 1997, he acted as Honorary Deputy Chief Magistrate at the District Court of Turin and undertook the roles of Reporting and Drafting Judge for cases under old proceedings at the First Section – which mainly deals with commercial and corporate law at the Turin Tribunal – governed by President Rita Garibaldi.
In the past, he worked in a law firm where he was able to follow and assist leading insurance companies based in Turin in judicial “disputes” regarding road accidents.
In May 1998, he attended an arbitration course organised by the AISA of Bologna, Presided by Giorgio Bernini, and followed by further seminars and training courses in advanced arbitration administration procedures at major Italian arbitration centres.
He primarily deals with international, contract and corporate law as well as judicial and out of court civil and criminal insurance proceedings.
On several occasions, he has carried out the role of arbiter in corporate and contractual procedures during arbitration governed by major Italian and international Arbitration Chambers.
He maintains a steady professional relationships with France and assists and represents several French companies in litigation proceedings with Italian companies, as well as assisting Italian companies legally engaged in France. He holds the position of Italian Representative for the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Dubai and for ITALCAM (the Italian-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in São Paulo).
